Coach Brady Walz has worked at every level of football varying from junior varsity to college. He also carried a wide range of titles including head coach, offensive coordinator and strength coach. Coach Walz specializes in training athletes to be leaner, faster, quicker and more explosive. While he has coached defense and special teams, his true passion lies on the offensive side of the ball particularly with the TE’s. Most recently Coach Walz was the tight-end coach at nationally ranked Jenks High School in Oklahoma where they set several school and state records in scoring and yardage.

Jenks Quarterbacks Coach and Offensive Coordinator, Dub Maddox had this to say about his talents, “Coach Walz brought a tremendous amount of experience to our offseason program and was instrumental in changing our offensive scheme during the 2010 season. Under his expertise the Jenks Trojans shattered the all time school scoring record averaging 55.4 points per game.” Coach Maddox went on to say, “You will not find a better teacher of biomechanics and fundamentals than Coach Walz. He understands how to relate and motivate athletes.”

Prior to Jenks, Coach Walz coached one of the top offenses in the State of Colorado at Golden High School. As the WR/TE Coach atAugustana University and head strength and conditioning coach in Pierre, South Dakota, Coach Walz perfected his working knowledge of the ProspectTRAK and ProspectFIT programs designed and implemented by Coach Ryan Mullaney. Coach Walz has over 6 years experience using these methods on hundreds of athletes and proven to be quite successful. Notable players he has guided are Brian Long and Sawyer Kollmorgen. When asked about his long term goals Walz responded “to create as many skilled, humble and passionate athletes as possible for the collegiate level”.

As a Coach:
Over 30 inner-city kids at the school placed at the collegiate level of competition in three years on scholarship. Raised the team GPA from an average of 1.6 to 2.8 in just one year at an inner-city school where there is a failure rate of 26% of those tested on the CSAPs (Colorado Standards Test).

Placed two players in the NFL. Coached two spring and pre-seasons at Colorado School of Mines – NCAA Division II. Six trips to the Colorado State Playoffs in seven years – three as Head Coach. Built new weight room facility twice mostly with sponsorships from Bally’s fitness. Raised over $400,000 in funds and assets over three years while at a depleted inner-city football program from corporations in Denver, Colorado and private donations. Four Conference Championships. Certified in Coaching Clinics at Colorado University, University of Wyoming, Air Force Academy, University, University of Wyoming, Air Force Academy, Colorado State University and UNLV.

As a Player:
Signed in the NFL with the Minnesota Vikings, Chicago Bears, Kansas City Chiefs, LA Rams and Arizona Wranglers (USFL). Played as a Division I College player at Colorado University and UNLV. Captain in senior year at UNLV. Graduate of George Washington High School competing in three seasons of the Colorado State High School Playoffs (one state championship).

Having coaching and administrative contacts all over the country as a result of this experience, the Mullaney Brothers are the right choice to represent your student-athlete in their bid to play after high school and move to the next level. The Mullaney Bros. will make the transition more smoothe and less stressful on your family both financially and emotionally.

During his tenure as an offensive coach, he has consistently developed outstanding skill players through his dedication to the mechanics of success.

Coach Cupp’s offensive philosophy developed during his college football career at Brigham Young University, one of the most innovative passing teams in NCAA history. During that time, BYU set an NCAA record for the most wins in a season (14), finished in the top 5 in the country and played in the Liberty and Cotton Bowls.

Since that time, he has been an educator committed to the development of excellence in his students.
